Guide to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE)
Nice Airport ranks as one of the most active
gateways to France and the Mediterranean. The airport is located
7 km west of the city centre and is the main port of arrival for
passengers to the Côte d'Azur.
Terminals
and check-in
The airport has two terminals, which are linked by shuttle buses.

Restaurants, cafés and bars are available in both terminals.
Further facilities include a pharmacy, medical centre and doctors
on call daily 24 hours (dial 13 on one of the courtesy phones).
There is a full-service post office in terminal 1.
Business
and meetings
The business centre (tel: + 33 (0) 4 9321 3073) is located on floor
2 of terminal 1. Eight rooms are available for business purposes,
with facilities for video conferencing, Internet-access, multi-standard
video recorders, televisions, slide and video projectors, camcorders,
white boards, telephones and minitels. A conference room with a
capacity of up to 250 people is also available.
Shopping
and money
There is a comprehensive array of newsagents, gift shops and duty-free
shopping across the airport.
ATMs are available in both terminals,
as well as bureaux de change and banking facilities.
Disability
assistance
Those with mobility difficulties will benefit from the travelators,
ramps and lifts in both terminals. Accessible telephone booths and
ATMs are also standard. Airlines can provide both manual and electric
wheelchairs. Disabled travellers should inform airlines of their
individual needs when making a booking. All car parks provide some
space for disabled drivers.

departures halls and in the arrivals hall of terminal 2.

If cost is not an issue, helicopter
transfers to Cannes and St Tropez can be arranged at the airport.
By taxi
Taxis are located outside both terminals. Be aware that motorway
tolls could be added to the fare.
By car
From the airport it is easy to reach Nice, Monaco and Italy via
the Promenade des Anglais. Links to Cannes and Antibes are provided
by the Autoroute A8, RN98 or RN7. To reach Digne and Grenoble follow
the RN202.
By rail
Railroad access is provided by SNCF, the national train service,
with trains running to and from the airport every 30 minutes from
Cannes (Gare St Laurent du Var) and every 45 minutes from Nice (Gare
Nice Ville).
By bus
Bus connections are available to all major towns along the Côte
d'Azur and the southeast. Destinations include Nice (every 15 minutes),
Aix-en-Provence, Monaco, Cannes, Toulon (twice a day), Marseille
and Avignon.

A number of car parks provide short- and long-term parking (tel:

by a courtesy shuttle bus.
