to Larnaca International Airport (LCA)
The gateway into the Greek side of Cyprus is
Larnaca airport, located right on the seaside just 6 km from Larnaca
city. The airport is espeically busy during peak tourist season
between May and November, but pretty much empty off-season.

The airport is relatively small with only one terminal.

facilities
Refreshments and meals provided by several cafés. There is
one in the public concourse and another café and restaurant
in the departures hall. There is a post office located on the public
concourse. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. A lost property
office is located in the arrivals hall.
Business
and meetings
Business facilities are provided in the business centre in the Cyprus
Airways lounge (tel: (0) 24 692 661).
Shopping
and money
Shops selling local produce and handicrafts are found on the public
concourse. Duty-free shops are located in the departures hall.
Three banks are located on the public
concourse and in the arrivals hall.
Disability
assistance
Disabed toilets are widely available and special lifts help disabled
passengers board the aircraft. Designated car parking spaces are
available for disabled travellers.
Information
A tourist information centre is located in the arrivals hall, while
the airport information office and airline information desks are
found on the public concourse. Hotel reservation services and tour
operator’s desks are located in the arrivals hall.

transportation
By taxi
Taxis are located outside the terminal and trips to the various
beach hotels and Larnaca city centre takes about 15 minutes and
is available 24 hours a day.
By car
The airport can easily be reached by car from Larnaca city and other
principle towns in Cyprus via the motorway.
By bus
Intercity buses are available and operate between 06:30 and 16:00,
linking all major towns and cities with the airport.
Parking
Car parking is situated in front of the terminal and is charged
by the hour. There is no long-term car park available.
