Guide to Lanzarote International Airport
(ACE)
Lanzarote Airport is located 5 km from Arrecife
on the island of Lanzarote. Because of its popularity with vacationers,
this airport serves frequent scheduled and chartered flights from
destinations all over Europe, as well as shuttle flights connecting
to other areas in the Canaries.
Terminals
and check-in
The airport only has one terminal, which caters for all flights.

Refreshments and meals are provided by several cafes, restaurants,
fast-food restaurants and an ice-cream parlour.
Business
and meetings
Business travellers will find facilities in the Sala VIP (business
lounge). It is fitted with business facilities and offers direct
access to boarding gates. Telephones and Internet connections are
also on hand in a separate private space where meetings can also
be organised. Lounge staff can serve drinks and refreshments.
Shopping
and money
There are a range of shopping outlets, which include a newsagents,
florist and shops selling jewellery, clothes and local products.
They are all located in the terminal.
Six ATMs are located throughout the
airport.
Disability
assistance
Disabled facilities include ramps, wheelchair accessible doors and
toilets. There are also special areas outside the departures and
arrivals halls where disabled passengers can be dropped-off or collected.
Airlines can provide passengers with wheelchairs if necessary. Designated
car parking spaces are also available for disabled travellers.

By taxi
Taxis are available outside the airport, with journey times to Arrecife
taking a mere five to seven minutes.
By car
By car from the capital Arrecife, follow the Autovia Arrecife-Yaiza.
The route to the airport is well signposted.
By bus
Buses operate between Arrecife bus station and the airport every
30 minutes Monday-Friday 08:20 to 19:20, and every 30 minutes on
Saturdays and public holidays 08:20 to 17:50.
Parking
Car parking is available at the airport (tel: (0) 928 846 270).
The first 30 minutes is free, after which the charge is based on
an hourly rate.
