Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
is a modern airport conveniently located for travel throughout the
whole of the state of Florida. The airport handles more than 40,000
passengers daily through its five spacious and modern terminals.
This airport has a niced relaxed feel to it.
Terminal
and Check-In
There are five terminals in all. The terminals provide mainly domestic
flights but there are some international flights also. Concourses
C, D, E, F and H can be found in terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively.

There are good number of refreshment outlets and a variety of gift
shops specialising in locally made gifts.
Money
and shopping
There are several places in which to exchange currency and a number
of ATM’s are conveniently placed. Duty free shopping is available
in terminal 4 and offers a wide assortment of tax-free goods.
Disability assistance
The airport has above average facilities with car parking having
ADA facilities and good wheelchair access points.

By taxi
Taxi pick up points are on the lower tier of each terminal but bookings
should be made in advance at Transportation Podium. Sedans are also
available for hire offering a more prestigious style of travel.
By car
Take the North Federal Highway from the airport travelling north
to Boca Raton or south to Miami.
By bus
A regularly service is provided by Broward County Mass Transit to
Miami and other locals. Bus pick up points are at the east end of
Terminal 2, in between Terminals 3 and 4 and at the east side of
Terminal 4. Tri Rail also provide feeder buses into Miami.
Parking
The airport has a multi-storey parking that has easy access to all
terminal buildings. Hourly parking, daily parking, economy parking,
and valet parking are all available as well as disabled parking.
