Guide to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport operates
both domestic flights and international connections to Europe, Latin
America and the Pacific region. The airport is 15 miles northwest
of Dallas, and 18 miles from Fort Worth in Texas. It is one of America’s
busiest airports.
Terminal
and Check-in
It has four main terminals, A, B, C and E. A complimentary rail
link connects the terminals.
Airport
facilities
There are range of shops offering Texan-style gifts and a good selection
of food and beverage outlets.
Business
and meetings
Internet access points and fax services are available throughout
the airport and conference facilities are to be found at the Hyatt
Regency DFW.
Money
and shopping
Bureau de change facilities are provided in all terminals while
there are a number of banks and ATMs. Duty free shopping is well
catered for.
Disabled
assistance
Wheelchair assistance is provided by the Skycap stand, located on
the lower floor of each terminal.
Information
Throughout the airport are a number of information boards providing
information in a number of languages.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Transportation
By taxi
Taxi ranks are to be found in front of the main terminal exit.
By car
From Dallas take the I35E north to the 183E. Take the ‘International
Parkway North’ exit and then follow airport signs. From Forth
Worth take the I35 West until exit 52A, then take the SR-121 North
which joins the 183E. Turn off at ‘International Parkway North’
and then look for airport signs.
By bus
Bus services are provided by the Dallas Area Rapid Transport (DART)
. The airport also runs its own bus service. Both are an efficient
way into Dallas/Fort Worth. Services run every half an hour.
Parking
Parking is found in front of each terminal within easy walking distance.
