The principal gateway into New Mexico is through
Albuquerque International Sunport, located just 6 kms southeast
of the central business district of Albuquerque.

and check-in
The airport has one terminal that services all flights.

facilities
A number of fast food outlets, restaurants and cocktail lounges
provide a range of refreshments and meals.

and meetings
For meeting and conference facilities, contact AmeriSuites for bookings
(Tel: +1 505 242 9300). The facility is located 1.5 km from the
airport and catering can be arranged as well.
Shopping
and money
Several gift shops and gift-carts are distributed across the airport.
ATMs are located throughout the terminal
building, but there are no banking facilities available.
Disability
assistance
Provision is made for the disabled in the carpark near the terminal,
with specially designated parking spaces positioned by the lifts
on every floor. If a disabled badge is shown, long-term rates apply.
In the airport there is Braille signage, TDD telephones for those
with hearing difficulties, and wheelchair-accessible toilets.

Information is available at the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors
Bureau information kiosk, located on the ground level of the terminal
building.

Albuquerque International Sunport transportation
By taxi
Taxis can be found outside the terminal and Albuquerque Cab Company
(tel: +1 505 883 4888) and Yellow Cab Company (tel: +1 505 247 8888)
operate from the airport.
By car
To reach the airport by car, follow the I-25 south to the Sunport
Boulevard exit (exit 221) and continue east along Sunport Boulevard
following signs to the airport.
By bus
Buses are provided by TNM&O, Herrera Coaches and Faust's Transportation.
There is also an airport shuttle service offered by Twin Hearts
Express and Gray Line of Albuquerque.
Parking
Ample parking space is provided in the 24-hour four-storey carpark
next to the terminal and accessible via a covered walkway. Short-term
covered parking and long-term surface car parking is available and
monitored by the aviation police. Parking information is available
